The staff is very friendly. The breakfast is very rich and well coordinated.. Nice garden where the children could run.

Before I booked, the negative opinions and comments seemed like things that could be fixed on the spot. On the contrary, when we arrived, we went through similar things: the key card was not working, one of the windows was not closed at all and they promised to fix it the next day but they didn't do it ( for the first night they offered us to change to another room for one night, but it was very small, compared to the junior suite we had). Finally, the reservation was for the junior suite, which in the photos had two rooms and a staircase that joined them. When we arrived we were given another one, which are 2 rooms connected in the same room. It was a bit disappointing, besides that this type of room is called Triple in the hotel page. Some real estate in the old and stained room plus a bit of a weird smell (( paper walls, you could hear all the conversations from another room.

First the great reception attended me properly, the rooms are spacious and very comfortable, "the bathtub I do not like the rest great and very clean . Bed good mattress. . Breakfast in relation to other hotels a little bit poor, for me I don't need anything else, the coffee is bad but the first day I asked for one of the coffee pot dismantled and they served it to me very well, in Valencia it is made in lack a fresh orange juice in the breakfast. Comfortable parking. What I didn't like was that the employees of the renovation go through the carpet and stain it. I don't see it well because the cleaning staff can't be cleaning those elevator exits all day. It's easy to put some plastic on and respect the work of other colleagues. In general everything is very good, I will recommend your establishment, when I return to Valencia I will return and if I can I will ask for lahaniyacoon 119 B

    All right.

The facilities were not bad, quite well cared for and new, except for those small inconveniences mentioned. The attention of the staff was very good, they attended you with enough kindness. We had breakfast included and everything was spectacular and very tasty, there was a great variety of things to choose from. As for the location, it was quite good, as it is not right in the center, but you can easily walk there in about 15 minutes, which goes by faster than it seems.

Our room had a broken window and safe was not working, this was a problem that had been discussed before by other guests and had not been solved, as we could see from the questionnaires that had been filled in by those who had been in the room before us. We asked for a double bed and they put us in a three-person room, bit small for three, with all the single beds. We couldn't change rooms.

room was huge. truth is that for two people and only one night, excessively large, because it had two floors with a total of 5 beds. I guess they didn't have any other kind of room available. beds were comfortable and heat/air was working very well. bathroom was very spacious and had two big mirrors, one inside and one outside the bathroom, something that seems silly but always comes in handy to get dressed and if the bathroom is busy. rooms have a hairdryer, I recommend taking one with you if you need to fix your hair, because there are wall dryers, those type of vacuum cleaners, with very little power that serve to remove some moisture. There is a safe, enough cupboards with plenty of space and a small fridge to keep small things fresh, is important too, especially in summer. breakfast was very varied and very good, staff was very attentive to fill up immediately what was finished, although as in most hotels, juices are disgusting, they look like sachets of powder dissolved in water. Besides, as a detail, not many hotels do in Spain, they left you a couple of bottles of water as a courtesy for the first night, was great, although it seems silly. At the entrance of the hotel they had a very nice garden, I don't know if they had any other courtyard to be outdoors, since the dates were not suitable to go out and have a drink. price per night with breakfast included seemed right, taking into account the facilities, mattresses, comfort and type of breakfast.

juice at breakfast was terrible, as in most hotels. They were under construction, although we had one night from Saturday to Sunday and there was no work or noise, they did have some parts of the facilities somewhat neglected with the ruckus of construction. It's a little far from the center. It took us about 30 to 40 minutes of walking to get to the most central areas, for us it was a walk. We were lucky to find parking in the street, near the hotel, in the nearby streets, price per day of parking seems to me abusive, with what is paid in hotels should already include leaving the car in a suitable place, that's business.

    dirty room
    disappointing breakfast

I thought i'd be getting a cozy double bed, but instead ended up with twins, can you believe it? After multiple requests, my room still wasn't cleaned properly, and don't even get me started on the breakfast. It felt more like a morning frenzy than a meal. I almost gave a good review, but just couldn't.

We found the hotel to be modern and the rooms spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and very accommodating. They all spoke English which helped as our Spanish is strictly phrasebook. The bar was seldom manned but we just had to ask at reception if we wanted a drink. We liked the location between the city and the beach with a metro stop less than five minutes walk away.We would definitely stay there again and would recommend it to friends and family.

Breakfast was good value and staff were friendly and helpful.Metro stop around the corner made it easy to get to city centre and the beach.

Not much to it as a hotel, fine for city break but if you intend staying in a lot it's perhaps not for you. Not the hotel's fault but metro stops running at 11pm so taxi required if out late in the city, which you will be.

We loved the location as it's only within a 5 minute walking diistance from the Ayora Metro Station, 20 minute walk from the beach and 30 minute walk from the city centre. We enjoyed the architecture of the building as well as the service who were extremely helpful (e.g. printing out documents was not a problem and was FREE of charge!). Breakfasts were feasts.

    We were happy with everything.
